Mrs. Theresa D. Tichi, 86, of Davisville, Fla. passed away on Dec. 24, 2020 at her residence.

She was born to the late Alec C. and Nettie Evelyn Adams Douglas on Nov. 26, 1934 in Mobile.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sam Tichi; two brothers, Buddy Douglas and George Douglas; and one sister, Mary Alice Hansen.
She and her husband owned and operated Tichi’s Garage in Davisville for many years, and she had such a generous heart and loved helping people during their time of need.
She is survived by her two daughters, Dr. Lee Ann McGill (Charles D. Anderson) of Orange Beach and Anna Marie Bauman of Willow, AK; brother, Henry (Ellen) Douglas of Mobile; granddaughter, Courtney Bauman; and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family would also like to give a special thank you to all the caregivers that have helped through the years and especially Mrs. Mary Lee for taking special care of Mrs. Tichi for the past 10 years.
Funeral services were held on Dec. 28, 2020 from the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Otis Thames officiating. Interment followed in Pine Barren Baptist Church Cemetery.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
