A wintry mix is forecasted to impact areas in southwest Alabama from late tonight through early Monday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Details of the forecast include a wintry mix of rain, light snow and ice pellets possible across the interior parts of woutheast Mississippi and southwest Alabama. Additionally, there is little to no accumulation expected, according to the NWS.

According to the NWS, the overnight low for the area is 36 degrees with a 40 percent chance of rain. Tomorrow’s rain chance is 80 percent.
