Bishop Willie C. Howard, 84, of Atmore, fell asleep in the arms of Jesus on Sat., Jan. 9, 2021, at Atmore Community Hospital.
Bishop Howard was a native of Castleberry and he attended school in Fairhope. He was the pastor of God’s Temple of Deliverance. In his leisure he enjoyed fishing.Loving memories will forever be cherished by he loving and devoted wife, Evangelist Florastine Howard of Atmore; five daughters, Anniedell Arnstrad, Teresa Howard, Maeola Coleman, Miriam Miller and Janice Howard; two sons, Willie C. Howard Jr. and Jimmy Lee Howard; a sister, Emma Bates; 40 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Celebration of life service will be held this Sat., Jan. 16, 2021, at 11 a.m. at God’s Temple of Deliverance Church, 215 Antioch Road (Freemanville Community). Inhumation will be in Fairview Cemetery with Public viewing will be from 10 AM until time of service at the church with Turner Funeral Chapel directing .
