There’s a good chance rain will be in the forecast for the rest of the week in the Atmore area, according to the National Weather Service.

After a mostly-cloudy Monday, the forecast will cater to rain beginning tonight at 60 percent.

Rain will fall from a 60 percent chance to 20 on Tuesday and into the night tomorrow.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for a 60 percent chance of rain during the day, and then 30 percent at night.

For Thursday, the chance of showers rises from 50-80 percent during the day.

On Friday, there is at 50 percent chance of rain.
