Jack Curtis Lufkin, 94, of Atmore, passed away on Feb. 26, 2021.

Prior to graduation he enlisted in the United States Navy during World War II.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Jean Farish Lufkin; and his brother, Sewell Marriott Lufkin Jr.

He is survived by his daughters, Jacquelyn Lufkin (George) Stuart of Bay Minette,  Patricia Ann Lufkin of Atmore and Elizabeth Curtis Lufkin (Tim) Tucker of Uriah; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held on Feb. 28, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery with Lay Speaker John Lester Peavy officiating.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
