Applications to participate at Mayfest, the Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual art, music and craft festival are now avaiable, according to officials.

Mayfest will be held on Sat., May 1, beginning at 9 a.m. at Tom Byrne Park. Scheduled events and entertainment include a softball tournament, performances from local dance organizations, amusement rides, the beautiful baby contest, Miss Mayfest pageant and food, to name a few.

Those interested in participating in Mayfest need to complete the registration, returning it to the chamber at 137 N. Main St., Atmore, no later than April 23, by 5 p.m.
