Mr. James Earl “Jim” Harrison passed away on Mon., May 31, 2021 in Mobile.

Mr. Harrison was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Ann (Smith) Parker; his step-mother, Barbara Ann (Dykes) Harrison; and father in law, the Rev. Charlton Lee Calhoun. 

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Jenifer Lynn (Calhoun) Harrison; daughter, Jessica Luanne (Chris) Harrison-Phillips; sons, Stephen Earl Thomas Harrison and Nicholas James Harrison; four grandsons, Jordynn Paul Harrison, Christopher Paul Phillips Jr., Chosen Isaiah Phillips and Closure Elijah Kane Phillips, all of Bay Minette; father, the Rev. Hubert Earl Harrison of Atmore; brothers, John Robert (Shannon) Harrison, of Stockton, Kenneth Lee (Anita) Harrison, Edward Alvin Harrison of Atmore and William Anthony (Lisa) Cody of Jay, Fla; mother in law and father in law, Martha and Ronnie Jay of Bay Minette; numerous nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other family, church family members, and friends. 

Funeral services were held today, Fri., June 4, 2021 at Vision Ministries Church of God, Bay Minette, with the Rev. Earl Harrison, the Rev. David Harrison, the Rev. Ernest Calhoun and Bishop James Alan Blackmon officiating.
