Karen Langford  Brown, 71, passed away on Sat., Aug. 21, 2021 in Fairhope.

Karen, a Phoenix, Ariz. native, was a resident of Carencro, La. since 1979.

She attended Romar Beach Baptist Church in Orange Beach.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lenna Purvis Langford.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Michael Brown of Louisiana; two sons, Christopher (Karen) Brown of Texas and Waylon (Allison) Brown of Louisiana; one granddaughter, Chloe Elizabeth Brown; four grandsons, Cooper John Brown, Tyler Rogers, Tallon Abel Brown and Tate Nolan Brown; her  father, the Rev. Colton Langford of Atmore; two brothers, Jimmy Langford and David Langford of Atmore; and two sisters, Nina Langford and Lana Langford of Atmore. 

A celebration of life service will be conducted on Sat., Oct. 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Atmore. 

Memorial contributions of Bibles in Karen’s name may be made to The Gideon’s International.
