Florida Fusion Center issues Blue Alert for wanted man out of Callahan, Fla.

The Florida Fusion Center this afternoon issued a Florida BLUE Alert for Patrick McDowell, who was last seen in the area of U.S. 301 and Sandy Road in Callahan, Fla.

McDowell was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, white undershirt, camouflage shorts and black shoes, according to a release. He has wide earring holes in his ears, and has a tattoo on his left shoulder stating, “Death Before Dishonor.”
According to the FFC, McDowell is the subject of the blue alert because is is suspected of killing a Florida Law Enforcement officer. Do not approach.
