Escambia Academy’s seniors scored two touchdowns in the second half and beat the juniors 26-14 in a powder puff game today in Canoe.

The seniors, trailing 14-12 at halftime, put together some stellar pass and running plays to out gain the juniors on the gridiron.

The juniors had some good plays of their own, and made it to the red zone a couple times in the effort.

The power puff game is usually held during homecoming week, and each team is coached by football players who are in the same grade.

The Cougars face Lighthouse Christian tomorrow night, and the homecoming ceremonies will be held at halftime.

Additionally, lead outs will be held Saturday night.
