Cougars move up to No. 4 in latest poll

Escambia Academy moved up to No. 4 in AISA in the latest boys Alabama Sports Writers Association basketball poll, which was released today.

The Cougars defeated Sparta Academy and Lowndes over the last week to improve to 12-4 on the season.

In Class 4A, Escambia County is No. 2 and improved to 21-3 overall after beating Williamson and Vigor.
