Mrs. Rosa Juliette Booker, 97, of Goodway, passed away on Feb. 15, 2022 at her residence.

She was a member of Goodway Baptist Church and retired as the postmaster of the Goodway Post Office.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gayron Booker; and parents, J.J. Bell Sr. and Rosa Lee Strength Bell.

She is survived by a daughter, Glenda Prewett of Atmore; grandsons, Chad (Tonya) Prewett, Rusty (Mandy) Prewett and Travis (Susan) Prewett; and great-grandchildren, Madison Prewett, Mallory Prewett, Mary Mykal Prewett, Ellie Prewett, Greer Prewett, Sims Prewett, Olivia Prewett and Andrew Prewett.

Graveside services were held on Feb. 18, 2022, at Sowell Old Field Cemetery in Goodway with the Rev. Randy Davis officiating.
