Escambia Academy’s varsity boys baseball team will play a doubleheader against Southern Academy in the first round of the AISA Class 2A state playoffs next Fri., April 22, at 1 p.m.

The Cougars will play in Greensboro.

The playoffs are a best two out of three format. If a third game is needed, it will be played at 1 p.m. on April 23.
