Mr. John “Ray” McKinley, 88, passed away on Tues., April 5, 2022, peacefully at his home in Atmore.

He was born in McCullough and resided most of his life in Atmore.

He is preceded in death by his father, Mr. and Mrs. John Alfred (Lee Ila Allen) McKinley; three sons, Tony McKinley, Donald McKinley and Joseph McKinley; one step-son, James David Odom; and several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Lillie McKinley, of Atmore; two sons, Andy McKinley, of Atmore and Mitchell (Sandra) McKinley, of Atmore; step-son, Timothy Odon, of Atmore; three daughters, Janice Bush, of Robertsdale, Judy (Grady) Harris, of Flomaton and Barbara (Johnny) Burkett, of Atmore; one brother, Billy (Joyce) Stinson, of Uriah; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Mon., April 25, 2022 at 5 p.m. at Liberty Church with the Rev. Fred Brumett and the Rev. Tim Wetzel officiating.
