The Atmore Police Department is investigating and gathering information on a fight that led to a shots being fired at Acapulco Mexican Restaurant earlier this evening.

Public Relations Officer Darrell McMann said a fight led to shots being fired in the air, adding that no one was hit.

McMann said the incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m.
