UPDATE: Both lanes are now open.

Both lanes of Highway 31 near Cindebran Drive are closed because of a two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:44 a.m. today, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

According to officials, both lanes are blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time.

Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division are on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
