Mr. Jimmy H. Varner, 71, passed away on Wed., July 20, 2022 in Mobile surrounded by family at his bedside.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ether (Montez) Suell) Varner; one son, Jimmy Darell Varner; one brother, David Varner; and three sisters, Darlene Wade, Martha Weaver and Kathy Kelly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rachel Jackson Varner, of Latham; one son, Kenny Milstid, of Latham; one daughter, Debra Lands, of Pensacola, Fla.; two brothers, Golden Varner, of Meridian, Miss. and James (Christi) Varner, of Lottie; six sisters, Liz Smith, of Meridian, Ellen Fikes, of Bay Minette, Louise (Mickey) Wilson, of Fairhope, Vivian Varner, of Stapleton, Edith Evans, of Quitman, Miss. and Patricia Hemmons, of Spanish fort; three grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; two sisters in law, Pearl Jackson and Linda(Lee) Hiebert; and other relatives and friends.
Graveside service and burial will be held today, Sun., July 24, 2022 at Judson Creek Indian Cemetery at 2 p.m. with Bro. Walter Lee Rolin officiating.
