Jerry W. Cochran, 84, of Atmore, passed away on Sept. 9, 2022 in Atmore.

He was born in Atmore on February 10, 1938 to the late Thomas Jefferson “T.J.” and Alice James Cochran.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother in law, Warren Adams.

He is survived by his wife, Ginger Bryan Cochran of Atmore; his daughters, Beth (Floyd) Wilson of Atmore, Cathi (Tom) Benner of Atmore and Lana Jacobson (Jeff) Blackmon of Hoover; one brother, Ronald (Judy) Cochran of Atmore; one sister, Sheila Adams of Orange Beach; four grandchildren, Jennifer Cole, Katie Martin, Rachel Blackmon and Wesley Blackmon; and four great-grandchildren, Addison Respress, Brandan Cole, Jaxon Cole and Luke Martin.

Memorial services were held on Sept. 12, 2022 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Davis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, Parkinson’s Foundation or the American Heart Association.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
