South Alabama RSVP announced Friday that its IRS trained and certified volunteers will be providing free tax preparation for seniors this year.

Tax preparation services are provided weekly at the Lavan Martin Assisted Living facility in Poarch, Atmore City Hall, the Brewton Public Library Community House and the Flomaton Public Library.

While this program is designed to provide tax preparation for adults aged 60 or older, all individuals are welcome to schedule appointments, according to officials.

All sites are appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling 251-241-9499.

Site hours include:

• Lavan Martin Assisted Living Facility – Tuesdays – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Atmore City Hall – Wednesdays 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Brewton Public Library – Thursdays – 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• Flomaton Public Library – Fridays – 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
