EA boys finish fourth at AISA state track, field meet

Escambia Academy’s boys finished fourth and the girls finished 15th in the 2023 AISA State Track and Field at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium in Gulf Shores April 13-14.

Preliminaries and some finals were determined Thursday with finals occurring today.

The boys compiled 41 points, and the girls five points. Banks Academy took the crown at the meet, scoring 125 points in the boys section. Lee-Scott finished with 109 points for the girls.

  • Boys 110-meter hurdles – Luke Bell, fourth place, 19.11 seconds
