Mr. Steven Ernest Joy, 67, passed away on Tues., May 9, 2023 in Atmore.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Styron Bowden; and one brother, Brian Lyndon Joy.
He is survived by his father, Stanley Joy, of Silverhill; four sons, Nathaniel Everette Joy, of Mobile, Alexander Stephen Joy, of Mobile, Benjamin Harrison (Jayleen) Joy, of Miramar, Fla. and Dillon Zachary Joy, of Mobile; one daughter, Chelsea Lenore Joy, of Mobile; four grandchildren; and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Sat., May 20, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC.
Visitation will be held on May 20, 2023 from noon until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC.
