Carl Eugene Hollis Jr., 28, a resident of Bay Minette, passed away on July 9, 2024.

A celebration of life service was held on July 20, 2024 from St. John Catholic Church in Bromley with the Rev. Fr. Lito J. Capeding as officiant.

Hollis was born on June 7, 1996 to Lisa Nichols and Carl Hollis Sr.

He went to Baldwin County High School, where he was on the cross country and track team. He graduated in 2014.

Hollis is survived by his parents; sisters, Olivia Souders-Nichols and Savannah Hollis; children, Zayden and Emoreigh Hollis, and Wylder Brown; fiancé, Brooklyn Brown; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Janice Nichols; paternal grandparents, Johnnie and Mary Hollis; and many aunts and uncles.

Professional services were entrusted to Mayberry Funeral Home.
