James Robert Rittenberry, 74, of Atmore, passed away on July 17, 2024.

James was born on Jan. 31, 1950 in Nashville, Tenn. to James C. and Ersa Myrtle Katherine Cole Rittenberry.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Barbara Rittenberry Craighead.

Jimmy is survived by his life partner, Krystyna Boles; and his sister, Mary Lee Boring.

A celebration of life service will be in later in Gallatin, Tenn.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
