Troopers: Northbound lane of I-65 near 74-mile marker blocked due to crash

A two-vehicle crash in the northbound lane of Interstate 65 near the 74-mile marker has caused a lane closure, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Senior Trooper Joshua Thompson said in a release the crash involved a commercial vehicle and occurred at approximately 9:44 a.m. today, Aug. 15.

Thompson said the northbound lane is currently blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time.
