Carolyn O’Farrell Morgan, 89, a lifelong resident of Bratt, Fla., passed away on Aug. 30, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born June 9, 1935, to Lilly Bell and John O’Farrell.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Dalton Morgan; two of her children, Gwin Carter and Ricky Morgan; one grandchild, Josh Eubanks; and her siblings, Estelle Hanks, Everette O’Farrell, Ethelene Gibson and Eugene O’Farrell.

She leaves behind her children, Keith (Barbara) Morgan, Debbie Smith, Rodney (Charlotte) Morgan and Sharon Robbins; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and also her siblings, Ellis O’Farrell, Reita (Charles) Lowery, Patricia O’Farrell and Lamar (Joan) O’Farrell.

Funeral services were held on Sept. 2, 2024 at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Josh Long officiating. Interment followed in Godwin Cemetery in Bratt.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
