Mr. David J. Knott Sr., 90, a resident of Walnut Hill, Fla., passed away on Sept. 13, 2024 in Pensacola, Fla.

Survivors include children, David J. (Marilyn) Knott Jr. and Tommy Knott, both of Walnut Hill, James (Alnita) of Atlanta, Ga. and Ronnie (Frances) Knott of Pensacola; two daughters, Shirley (Alvin) Brooks of Cantonment, Fla. and Lisa (Wayne) McMillan of Atmore; and 22 grandchildren.
A celebration of love and remembrance will be held this Sat., Sept. 21, 2024 from New Saint Paul Baptist Church of Walnut Hill at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Sammy Moore officiating.
Interment will be in the churchyard cemetery, and professional services are entrusted to Mayberry Funeral Home.
