Husband, father, dad, daddy, boca (grandfather), son, friend, lightfoot, dixie boy, mekko, Gordon Jr. These are just some of the titles held by the late Gordon Clarence Fay Jr. Born on June 28, 1941, to Sibley and Gordon Sr. Lightfoot entered this world in his home, on the dining table, no less.

Lightfoot is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Angel Fay; his five children, Sandra Fay Thomas (John), Gordon “Tater” Fay (Jennifer), Cory Fay, Kristen Big Eagle and Treasure Fay Edwards (Kennard); his nine grandchildren, Samantha, Lauren, Eli, Christopher (Cepane), Thunder (Tvnetke), Kaiden (Nokvsece), Calista, Kiona and Jasmine; and his three great-grandchildren, Brody, Tazden and Taven.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Sr. (65); mother, Sibley (99); and a son, Travis (17).
Lightfoot passed away peacefully at home surrounded by many loved ones and will have a private traditional native burial.

A celebration of life will be held on Wed., September 25, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at Turner Funeral Chapel.
