Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Dear Atmore Advance Editor:

I want to say that (Dr.) Sheldon Harigel M.D. and his staff are very carrying and care deeply for their patients. I really hate to see him leave. He came by my house about four or five years ago to wrap a wound that he had sewed up and it had got infected.

So he went out of his way to come by my home and tend to me. I really appreciate him for doing that, and all that he has continued to do for me over the years.

My wife really loved Sheldon, she didn’t like to go to doctors much, but she loved Dr. Sheldon.

Louedna my wife stayed in the hospital two weeks with COVID in ICU, and no one could see her so it was really hard, but Jennifer Ferraro and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

I didn’t know that Jennifer was over it at first, but the staff was great. I would have felt much better if I would have known from the beginning that Jennifer was over it.

I would recommend Atmore (Community) Hospital to anyone.

They have always been so caring and loving to me and my wife. We were in an dout of there a lot and they always had a smiling face, and very caring.

I wish I could remember all their names so I could thank each one of them.

They all are the true meaning of love, compassion, sympathy and heart!

Sincerely,

Donnie Bass
