The 55^th annual Walnut Hill Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry is this Sat., Nov. 9, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the department.

Plates are $12, and the menu includes grilled and fried catfish; grilled chicken; baked beans, cole slaw, homemade bread and desserts.

Door prizes and drawings will be held throughout the day.
