Mrs. Bettie Lou Odom, 81, passed away on Sat., Nov. 30, 2024, in Atmore.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther D. (Bernice Rutherford) Emmons; husband, Jesse James Odom; two sisters, Annette Jones and Merlene Forbes; and one grandson, Brandon Odom.
She is survived by her two sons, Jeffery Odom (Linda Lee) of Geneva, Ill. and Michael Odom, of Daphne; one daughter, Linda Kay Odom, of Loxley; three grandchildren, Jennifer Chilicki, Kevin Odom and Alexander Odom; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held this Fri., Dec. 6, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with the Rev. Bill Stuckey officiating.
Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Dec. 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC.
