Beverly Ray Ellis, 69, passed away on Dec. 6, 2024, in Atmore.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Willis (Voncille Mayo) Ray; and brother, James Helms.
She is survived by her husband of 28.5 years the love her life, Don Ellis of Atmore; three sons, Bradley (Emily) Dykes of Brewton, Kavin Dykes of Pensacola, Fla. and Donald Ellis Jr. of Michigan; two daughters, Jenifer (Tonia) Dykes of Atmore and Amanda (John) Groover of Michigan; sister, Carolyn Helms of Atmore; and grandchildren, Tristan Dykes, Jayden Dykes, Brianna Ellis, Ethan Pitcher, Zachary Pitcher, Taya Stephens, Abbi Stephens, Thomas Stephens, Alice Ellis and Jacob Ellis.
A celebration of life will be held this Fri., Dec. 13, 2024 at 6 p.m. at Petty Funeral Homes LLC with Amber Spann officiating,
Visitation will be held on Dec. 13, 2024 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Petty Funeral Homes LLC.
