Mr. John David Williams, 77, passed away on Thurs., Jan. 23, 2025 at his residence in Goodway surrounded by his love ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis (Minnie Lee Brooks) Williams; four brothers, Charles Williams, Albert Williams, Gene Williams and Leroy Williams; and two sisters, Bobbie Ann Crowley and Judy Dianna Williams.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Sue Carol Williams, of Goodway; one son, Michael Peavy, of Mobile; two daughters, Tammy Lynn Peavy, of Monroeville, and Sandy Peavy (Kevin) McIntosh, of Perdido Beach; three brothers, Buddy (Rosie) Williams, of Franklin, Willis (Alice) Williams, of Mexia and Don (Vicky) Williams, of McCullough; three sisters, Montez McMillan, of Little River, Orbaneze Day, of Poarch and Louise Gibson, of Claiborne; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Jan. 26, 2025 at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with Brother Jerry May officiating.
Burial followed at Semirah Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Damian Stokes, Joe Boutwell, Jordan Tolbert, Brad Tolbert and Thomas Smith.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC in Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
