Douglas Wayne Cooper, 66, of Flomaton, passed away on Feb. 1, 2025 in Pensacola, Fla.

He was born on February 10, 1958 in Milton, Fla. to John James and Christine Rowell Cooper.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Douglas is survived by his daughter, Jamie Lynn Cooper (Shanatha Cooper) of Flomaton; real close friends, Alex (Dina) Lowery, Rachel (Keith) Johnston and William Crutchfield; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Feb. 7, 2025 at the First Baptist Church of Canoe. Interment followed in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
