City council approves ABC License for Cajun Boiling Spot

The Atmore City Council approved an ABC application for The Cajun Boiling Spot during a special-called meeting on Feb. 28.
According to Advance archives, The Cajun Boiling Spot added an enclosed dining space to its food offerings.
Owner Michelle Uriegas said the new space is called The Porch.
Uriegas said The Porch is 1,500 square feet, and will be a full-blown zydeco atmosphere.
The Porch opened on Feb. 22.
Hours of operation are Mondays from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.; and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
