Firefighters from multiple agencies battled a structure fire at First Presbyterian Church in Atmore Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Firefighters responded to the well-known church just before 11 p.m. Saturday, and were still on scene after 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Firefighters from Atmore, Little Rock, Barnett Crossroads, Escambia County, Fla., Poarch and Nokomis, to name a few, responded to the scene.
