An Atmore man was arrested March 29 on domestic violence charges, according to officials.
Atmore Police Department Public Information Officer Sgt. Darrell McMann said in a release that Bryson Bowen, 25, was arrested and charged with domestic violence I aggravated stalking and violation of a domestic violence protection order.
McMann said at approximately 3:55 p.m. Saturday, APD officers responded to the 100 block of South Main Street in reference to a domestic violence complaint. He added that officers learned that Bowen violated a domestic violence protection order.
“The officers located Bowen at another location and placed Bowen under arrest,” McMann said.
Bowen was then transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
