The Atmore City Council approved a retail liquor license for a restaurant and two event requests during its regular meeting on April 28.

The council approved the restaurant retail liquor license for Who Dat Seafood Restaurant.

In other business, the city:

• approved James McNeil Sr.’s request to hold an event at the Memorial Library Cornelia Elmore Monument at North MLK Avenue on June 19; and,
• approved Carlos McNeil’s request to hold a car show on July 5 in the Chic-A-Dee parking lot.
