Mrs. Thelma Irene Phillips, 89, passed away peacefully in Atmore on April 28, 2025.

Mrs. Phillips is preceded in death by her parents, John (Ethel Wilson) Etheridge; son, Keith Fallon Phillips; three brothers, Lamar Etheridge, Rowan Etheridge and Ralph Etheridge; and four sisters, Nel Norsworthy Hazel Etheridge, Jewel Etheridge and Helen Etheridge.
She is survived by her three sons, Carl (Becky) Phillips of Foley, Forrest (Debra) of Bay Minette and Markus Phillips of Bay Minette; brother, Steve Etheridge of Dahlonega, Ga.; sister, Margie Bohr of Charlotte, N.C.; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren
Funeral services will be held on May 7, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Pine Level Primitive Baptist Church with Brother Erskine Vines officiating.
Burial will follow at Crossroads Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on May 7, 2025 from 1 p.m. until service time at Pine Level Primitive Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be Matt Phillips and Andy Phillips.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC in Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
