ECHS 2025 graduating seniors hold class night Tuesday

Escambia County High School’s Class of 2025 held its class night Tuesday in the school’s auditorium.

The event is held each year to recognize soon-to-be graduating seniors on their accomplishments throughout high school.

School Counselor Dr. Pamela Robinson said 80 seniors received college acceptances, and the class accumulated more than $569,000 in scholarships.

Some scholarships awarded during the event included the Randell Gordon Nichols Jr. Memorial Scholarship, the ECHS CNA Program and scholarship, the First National Bank and Trust valedictorian scholarship, the United Bank Salutatorian scholarship, the Pepsi Cola Co. of Atmore scholarships, Coastal Alabama Community College scholarships, Prima Girl scholarship, Expose Pearls of Ivy scholarship, the Marcelete and Curtis Harris Academic scholarship, the Poarch Creek Indians tuition assistance scholarship and the Kearley’s Scholarship Fund of FNB&T, to name a few.
