Atmore Christian School celebrated its student athletes during a banquet May 13 at the school.

School officials said 150 were in attendance for the athletic banquet, and several awards were given out, including most valuable player, most improved and sportsmanship.

ACS offers seven sports at the varsity level.

Siblings Ben Landis and Lizzy Landis took home multiple awards, including MVP for baseball and softball; senior Daniel Overton received MVP honors for varsity boys basketball; and seventh grader Mary Robinson was awarded the Rookie of the Year for softball.
