“Though my career took me away for a time, Atmore has always been home,” Grant said. “I’m a proud graduate of Escambia County High School; and I still carry the lessons I learned here, especially those taught by Mrs. Helton, a recently retired ECHS teacher who first encouraged me to pursue a career in healthcare.”

Grant said since 2023, he’s worked as a pharmacy data programmer and a senior 340B program analyst for Temple University Health System in Philadelphia, Penn.

“I manage all pharmacy-related data for our Electronic Medical Records system (Epic) and oversee our Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy contract pharmacy relationships,” he said. “This fiscal year alone, I’ve helped generate over $1 million in new revenue for the health system.”

Grant said in both the healthcare and public service industries, the stakes are high.

“And success depends on listening, planning and following through,” he said. “My professional background has prepared me to do just that. I bring experience in managing complex systems, solving problems with data and making sure programs work efficiently and fairly. These are the same principles I’ll apply to serving our district.”

Grant said if elected, he’ll focus on two key priorities, expanding access to quality, affordable housing and advocating for responsible, community-centered healthcare.

“Every resident deserves a safe place to live, and a city government that truly works for them,” Grant said.

“My campaign is rooted in the belief that Atmore is ready for a fresh approach; new energy,” he added. “Real results. I’m not running to make promises; I’m running to make progress.”
