Gabriel Elijah Hooks, affectionately known as Big G, 17, departed this life on June 24, 2025.

Gabriel was a 2025 graduate of Escambia County High School, where he was a member of the ECHS Blue Devils football team, baseball team and track team.

Hooks enjoyed fishing and was a faithful member of his church.

Celebration of love services will be held this Sat., July 5, 2025 at 11 a.m. from the Escambia County High School with Bishop Tommy Thomas and Co-Pastor Mable Thomas officiating.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
