Sheriff’s Report, Sept.29-Oct. 5

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 108 complaints from Sept. 29-Oct. 5. They also responded to six domestic calls and provided transportation for 48.

The office served 104 civil papers, three domestic escorts, and provided three funeral escorts.

Following are arrest reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 29-Oct. 5.

Sept. 29
Adam R. Burch, 23, male, of Tank Road, Alexander City, was charged with failure to appear.
Donald H. Schmitt, 41, male, of Bowen Drive, Joppa, Ala., was charged with failure to appear.
William R. Daigre, 42, male, of Woods Road, Atmore, was charged with domestic violence, third degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
Pete Kilcreas, 32, male, of South Hwy. 181, Fairhope, was charged with possession of a controlled substance  and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 30
Jamie Thompson, 48, male, of Blair Road, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear and violation of probation.

Oct. 1
Johnnie M. Brittingham, 44, male, of Old Foshee Road, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear and escape, first degree.
Kay Anne Madewell, 22, female, of Woodchuck Road, Brewton, was charged with assault, second degree, law enforcement officer; domestic violence, third degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Mary Boyington, 51, female, of Appleton Road, Castleberry, was charged with assault, third degree. Rose T. Williams, 36, female, of Dailey Street, Atmore, was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Oct 2
Ryan C. Bell, 28, male, of Miflin Creek Road, Elberta, was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.
Tillman North, 67, male, of Uriah, was charged with theft of property, second degree.
Anthony T. Sanspree, 46, male, of Dugout Lane, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
Andrew F. Hubbard, 43, male, of Old Hubbard Road, Bay Minette, was charged with failure to appear.
Teena Lee, 27, female, of Zion Hill Road, Brewton, was charged with assault, third degree.
Robert Hadley, 42, male, of Carver Avenue, Atmore, was charged with four counts of cruelty to dogs or cats, first degree.

Oct. 3
Dustin S. Smith, 22, male, of West Road, Atmore, was charged with possession of a precursor chemical.
Tashann Stackhouse, 31, female, of Hemlock Street, Evergreen, was charged with failure to appear.
Candace M. Sasser, 34, female, of MLK Drive, Opp, was charged with failure to appear.
Earnest R. White, 26, male, of Old Fannie Road, Flomaton, was charged with violation of probation.

Oct. 4
Melissa Baker, 42, female, of Everett Street, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Charles Bruner, 46, male, of Russell Lane, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear.
Blakley C. Barnhill, 20, male, of Blacksher Road, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
Hardy M. Stoudmire Jr., 19, male of Fourth Avenue, Daphne, was charged with robbery, first degree.

Oct. 5
Larson Brake Jr., 47, male, of Milton, Fla., was charged with failure to appear.
Dillion Overstreet, 20, male, of Forest Avenue, Atmore, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, second degree.
