ECHS graduates celebrate Friday night at Herbert Barnes Stadium.

Seniors at Escambia County High School, Escambia Academy and Atmore Christian School became members of the classes of 2013 Thursday and Friday nights.

Escambia Academy held their commencement ceremony Thursday night at Bachelor field where 30 seniors moved on to the next chapter in their lives.

“We’ve made lifelong friendships whether the boys will admit it or not,” EA valedictorian Caitlyn Bruley said. “We have had the privilege of growing up together. We are one big family.”

Page Lancaster was salutatorian.

At ECHS, where 85 seniors graduated on Friday, valedictorian Scarlet Martin spoke.

“This is one of the most interesting classes that has ever come through ECHS,” Martin said. “I’m glad to be a part of it.”
At ECHS, Bria Willis was salutatorian.

At ACS, where four girls graduated Friday night, co-valedictorians Aimee Jurjevich and Jacinda Stahly both said they treasured their time in school.

“I have been here since kindergarten,” Jurjevich said. “I’ve seen the growth of this school.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to our teachers,” Stahly said. “It is you who have brought us to this place.”

At ACS, Hannah Ziglar was salutatorian.
