First National Bank & Trust presented $7,000 to area schools Friday. The money was part of the “Points Club” program, in which FNB&T donated $25 for every field goal and $50 for every touchdown scored by the schools’ football teams. The participating schools were Escambia County High School, Escambia Academy, Northview High School, Monroe County High School, Monroe Academy, Excel High School and J.U. Blacksher School.
