The Easter Bunny will be hopping into town one day early Saturday, as Heritage Park hosts the annual “Easter in the Park” event.

The festivities will start at 9:30 a.m. and continue until 11:30 a.m. at the park, located at the corner of Main and Craig streets.

There will be free refreshments, arts and crafts, Easter games, train rides on the Easter Express, and much more. There is also a rumor that Tillie the Turtle and the Easter Bunny may match up in a big race sometime during the day!

Kids will also have the opportunity to get their photos with the Easter bunny. Photos will be taken by The L House Photography and there are a variety of packages available.

• Package A ($25) — A digital photo emailed the next day of the event, with the right to print and share on Facebook; two 5-by-7’s and eight wallets.

• Package B ($20) — Two 5-by-7’s and eight wallets.

• Package C ($15) — One 5-by-7 and four 4-by-6’s.
