County Sheriff’s Reports/Arrests for April 10-16

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 210 complaints from April 10-16. They also had no domestic calls and provided transportation for 34. The office served 87 civil papers, provided two domestic escorts and provided seven funeral escorts.

  • Reckless Endangerment on Appleton Road, Brewton.
  • Non-criminal complaint on Ewing Drive, Atmore.

April 13

  • Animal control/complaint on Marietta Road, Andalusia.
  • Theft on U.S. 31, Atmore.

April 14

  • Identity theft on Tyler Drive, Brewton.
  • Burglary on Lewis Lane, Brewton.
  • Theft on Blair Road, Brewton.

April 16

  • Theft on Pennie Lane, Brewton.
  • Domestic violence on Mason Mill Pond Road, Brewton.

April 10

  • Tracer Ramer, 17, female, of Ridgeley Street, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
  • Marcus D. Cobbs, 29, male, of Larkwood Drive, Mobile, was charged with violation of parole/probation.

April 12

  • Jimmy McDonald, 49, male, of Triumph Street, Atmore, was charged with second degree theft of property.
  • Joyce Canty, 48, female, of Sowell Road, Brewton, was charged with negotiating worthless negotiable instrument.

April 13

  • Barbara R. Crook, 52, female, of Ewing Lane, Atmore, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.
  • Anglies Whatley, 32, female, of Woods Road, Atmore, was charged with negotiating worthless negotiable instrument.
  • Kelly M. Clark, 29, female, of College Street, Flomaton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.
  • Chanda Tinker, 28, female, of Bryant Circle, Brewton, was charged with negotiating worthless negotiable instrument.
  • Ruthgenia Anderson, 37, female, of Ball Lane, Brewton, was charged with negotiating worthless negotiable instrument.

April 14

  • Shawn E. Brown, 29, male, of Wilson Avenue, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
  • Kendrell Finklea, 30, male, of Short Street, Atmore, was charged with violation of parole/probation.
  • Deon O’Neal Benson, 18, male, of Neal Street, Brewton, was charged with third degree burglary and third degree theft of property.

April 15

  • Jeremy Collins, 33, male, of Forrest Avenue, Brewton, was charged with unlawful distribution and possession of a controlled substance.

April 16

  • James Carter, 23, male of Ridge Road, Brewton, was charged with public intoxication.
