Firefighters respond to fire in Freemanville

Firefighters with the Poarch and Atmore fire departments responded to a house fire in the Freemanville community around 11 p.m. Friday night.
The house appeared to be vacant, according to fire personnel on the scene. Flames from the fire could be seen from miles away.
The Poarch Police Department also responded to the scene.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
