United States Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) is scheduled to appear for ‘An Afternoon in the Park’ on the corner of South Main and Craig Streets, on Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, from 4:30 until 5:30 p.m.

This informal event is an opportunity for local residents to meet Sessions, ask questions and discuss issues of national interest now consideration in Washington. Mayor Howard Shell is also expected to attend.

The Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce is the sponsor of the event and light refreshments will be served.
