Sheriff’s Reports: Nov. 13-19

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 164 complaints from Nov. 13-19. They also responded to three domestic calls and provided transportation for 49.

The office served 78 civil papers and provided two domestic escorts and three funeral escorts.

Following are incidents/ offense reports filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office for the week of Nov. 13-19:

• Jimmy McDonald, 50, male, of Triumph St., Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.

• Justin Gross, 23, male, of Martinville Loop, Atmore, was charged with harassment; failure to appear, distribution/furnish of a controlled substance.

• Doughs J. Oliver, 20, male, of Clark Street, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.

• Laketra C. Stevens, 37, male, of Park Street, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear.

• Domonic C. Culliver, 18, male, of Travis Avenue, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear; two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle; unlawful distribution/furnishing a controlled substance; and unlawful possession of marijuana, first degree.

Nov. 15

• Jywanza Dawson, 29, male, of Short Street, Atmore, was charged with assault, first degree.

Nov. 16

• Mark Watson, 18, male, of Beck Street, Atmore, was charged with rape, second degree.

• Deanna Murphy, 35, female, of Zion Hill Road, Brewton, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

• David House, 31, male, of Wolflog Road, Flomaton, was charged with harassment, third degree.

• James T. Smith, 41, male, of 14th Avenue, Atmore, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

Nov. 17

• Archie L. Tanner, 38, male, of Smallwood Lane, Brewton, was charged with domestic violence, third degree.

• Krystle Boyington, 23, female, of Taylor Circle, Atmore, was charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Daniela Boyington, 21, female of Taylor Circle, Atmore, was charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Henry Weston, 57, male, of Kings Court, Brewton, was charged with burglary, third degree and receiving stolen property, second degree.

• Dominique Dixon, 24, male, of Lynbrook Driven, was charged with three counts unlawful possession of marijuana, first degree and unlawful distribution/furnishing a controlled substance.

• Randy Smith, 44, male, of U.S. 31, Brewton, was charged with burglary, third degree and theft of property, second degree.

Nov. 18

• Steven Joyner, 42, male, of Travis Road, Brewton, was charged with violation of parole/probation and failure to appear.

• Joseph R. Carter, 24, male, of St. Nicholas Avenue, Brewton, was charged with receiving stolen property, second degree.

• Lester M. Piland, 46, male, of U.S. 29, Andalusia, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful distribution/furnishing a controlled substance.

• Oscar Powers, 29, male, of Johnson Road, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kenny S. Johnson, 24, male, of Sue Street, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Randall Higdon, 46, male, of Loree Road, Evergreen, was charged with escape, first degree.

• Abraham Weston, 54, male, of Lewis Lane, Brewton, was charged with burglary, third degree, and receiving stolen property, second degree.

• April Golden, 27, female, of Alco Drive, Brewton, was charged with unlawful distribution/furnishing a controlled substance.

• Larry M. Allen, 52, male, of Burks Drive, Brewton, was charged with violation of parole/probation.

• Patricia Crawford, 43, female, of Old U.S. 31, Brewton, was charged with burglary, third degree, and theft of property, first degree.

• Tammie Nolan, 37, female, of Lambert Street, Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Nov. 19

• Karen L. Greenwood, 27, female, of Caraway Drive, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Clifton D. Buckhault, 40, male, of Little Rock Lane, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.

• Timothy Collins, 46, male, of Old U.S. 31, Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Brian K. Settle, 42, of Dailey Street, East Brewton, was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Natasha McGhee, 36, female, of Martin Road, Atmore, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Darrin F. Smith, 39, male, of Century, Blvd., McDaivid, Fla., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence and open container.

• Steven O. Abbington, 39, male, of Factory Street, Evergreen was charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Ricky Nolan, 52, male, of County Road, 2, Evergreen, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, first degree, and Obscuring an ID of a vehicle.

• Michael C. Rolen, 35, male, of Mango Street, Bay Minette, was charged with escape, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
